Established in 2001 under the auspices of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), Hong Kong Community College (HKCC) is a self-financed post-secondary institution under the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE).

HKCC offers sub-degree programmes, their programmes are mainly conducted on the PolyU Hung Hom Bay and PolyU West Kowloon Campuses (a few classes are conducted on the PolyU Main Campus). With a floor area totalling over 57,000 square meters, the two campuses offer students an ideal environment equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
