Australia 188B Visa to 888 Permanent Residence Visa:
Continue to invest $1.5 million in Australian government bonds for 4 years

Investment Requirements:
Invest at least $500,000 (20%) in start-ups and small private enterprises in Australian venture capital funds and growth private equity funds
Invest at least $750,000 (30%) in a managed fund of an ASX listed company
Invest at least $1.25 million (50%) in “Balanced Investments” managed funds, including ASX listed companies, compliant corporate bonds or promissory notes, annuities and real estate
Project Advantages
The requirements for business background can be either business or pure investors, and the process of transferring to 888 does not require hard business, and there is almost no risk.
Similar to 188A, 188B’s main and minor applicants are interchangeable, with the spouse meeting residency requirements.
The advantage of the 188B Australian Immigrant Investor Visa is that the amount of investment required is less than AUD 2,500,000, which is much lower than the AUD 5,000,000 investment required for other immigrant investor visas such as 188C.
