UK High Potential Visa

Program Introduction

The new immigration route, which opens for applications from 30 May 2022, is designed primarily for highly skilled and academic elite migrants, allowing high-potential international graduates interested in contributing to the UK economy to apply for this visa to find work in the UK within five years of graduation.

Application Prerequisite

The eligibility of the applicant is calculated on a points-based basis
Obtain a bachelor’s degree or above from a qualifying university listed in the Global Universities List
18 years of age or older
English language proficiency is required to be B1 level
Provide financial evidence to show that you meet the financial requirements required by HPI Visa

The legal spouse of the main applicant
Children under 18 years of age

Application Procedure

Holders of bachelor’s or master’s degrees are entitled to a 2-year work visa
Doctoral degree holders can receive a 3-year term
