Applicants have at least one year (1560 hours, 30 hours per week) of paid work experience in the last five years;
The job category falls under NOC 0, A, B or C, and the applicant’s work experience must include the conduct described in the NOC occupation code and a large part of the main duties;
International students may be exempt from the work experience requirement, subject to the following conditions:
Obtain a degree, diploma, certificate or technician/apprenticeship certification through at least 2 years of full-time study at an accredited higher education institution in the four Atlantic provinces
Resided in the Atlantic provinces for at least 16 months in the last 2 years prior to graduation
Have the visa or permit required to work, study or train in Canada.
Academic requirements:
Applicants need to have a high Chinese, higher education certificate or degree, and a degree from outside Canada must be accredited by ECA;
Applicants pursuing a NOC 0 or A occupation need to have at least a level of academic qualification equivalent to a one-year Canadian higher education certificate;
Applicants for a NOC B or C occupation need to have at least a high school degree.
Language Request :
Applicants for occupations in noc 0, A or B occupations are required to have at least a CLB 5 language score
Applicants for occupations in the occupational category NOC C are required to have at least a CLB 4 language score
Language scores must be valid for 2 years.
Proof of Funds:
Applicants need to have sufficient funds to support their family’s initial arrival in Canada
Proof of funding is not required for people who already live and work in Canada with a valid work permit
Job offer requirements:
Jobs offered by employers in the four Atlantic provinces are subject to the following conditions:
Job offers must be full-time, non-seasonal;
Offers from employers for Category 0, A or B occupations for at least one year (from the time the applicant becomes a PR);
Employers offer category C job offers for long-term;
The job offer is not from a business in which the applicant and his/her spouse are the main shareholders;
With the exception of international students from the four Atlantic provinces, other applicants must have the same skill level as or higher than their work experience
The above conditions are not required if you are working in the following healthcare sectors:
NOC 3413 Nurse Assistants, Paramedics and Patient Service Assistants
NOC 4412 Home health workers
NOC 3233 Nurse practitioner
NOC 3012 Registered Nurse

Application Procedure
The employer applies to become an AIP project designation employer and obtains a confirmation letter of confirmation from the designated employer of the Designation;
Employers participate in induction and cross-cultural competency training;
The applicant is matched to the position of the appropriate employer;
Sign an employer offer, which assists in completing the settlement plan;
Submit an Application for Advance (equivalent to a provincial nomination) where the applicant needs to apply for a Work Visa, the employer must request a letter of recommendation from the provincial government at this stage;
Endorsement approved;
The applicant files a federal PR application within 90 days of filing the work visa application;
