Program Introduction
It is mainly to attract global entrepreneurs to start a business in Hong Kong or participate in Hong Kong businesses, thereby contributing to the development of Hong Kong’s local economy or making significant contributions
Application Prerequisite
Be at least 18 years old
With a minimum capital injection of 1 million yuan to engage in business activities, you can apply for a Hong Kong business investment visa.Applicants are required to provide detailed business and financial statements to the Immigration Department every year, and can apply for Hong Kong permanent residence status after 7 years.
Applicants with a good educational background, a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field, or good technical qualifications, proven professional competence and/or documented experience and achievements
The applicant’s ability to make a significant contribution to the Hong Kong economy will take into account various factors, including (but not limited to) business plans, turnover, financial resources, investment amount, number of positions opened locally and new technologies or skills introduced
Family Members
Spouses and children acquire Hong Kong status together as dependents
