Application Prerequisite
OINP EE Skill Priority Category
Meet federal skilled or federal experience immigration requirements and successfully register EE;
Select Ontario or all provinces and territories where you intend to reside when registering EE;
Meet the OINP EE Skill Priority Category Invitation Score (same as the Federal EE CRS Score);
Receive an Invitation to Ontario (NOI) through the IRCC online account, and choose whether to review according to the FSW or CEC when submitting the application, and if you choose FSW, you must also meet the federal skilled migration score of 67 points;
Work Experience:
FSW type of work experience: at least one year of continuous full-time paid work or equivalent part-time work experience in the past five years, and the occupation category belongs to noc. 0, A, and B (volunteer and unpaid internship work are not counted, and work within and outside Canada can be done);
CEC work experience: at least one year of full-time paid work or equivalent part-time work experience in Canada in the past three years, and the occupation category belongs to noc. 0, A, and B (legal status must be required during work in Canada, volunteer work, unpaid internship work, and work experience during self-employment or study period does not count);
Education and Language :
At bachelor’s degree or above, overseas qualifications are required to be certified as Canadian;
At least a minimum of 7 proficiency in English or French, grades valid for two years;
Have funds to support all family members living in Ontario, whether accompanied or not, need to be counted;
There is an intention to settle in Ontario.
OINP EE Skilled Worker Category
Meet Canadian experience immigration requirements and successfully register EE;
Select Ontario or all provinces and territories where you intend to reside when registering EE;
Receive an Ontario invitation through your IRCC online account;
At least one year of full-time or equivalent part-time work experience in Ontario in the last two years, the occupation must be a technician occupation in group 633 or group 72, 73 or 82 in the NOC system;
If you are engaged in an occupation in Ontario that requires a permit or certificate, a technician license or certificate issued by the Ontario Institute of Technology is required;
Currently resides in Ontario and holds a valid work permit;
Education and Language :
Minimum level of English or French proficiency in CLB5;
Funds to support all family members living in Ontario, whether accompanied or not, need to be counted;
There is an intention to settle in Ontario.
OINP Employer Sponsor Foreign Worker Category
Holding a long-term full-time job offer from an Ontario employer, the occupation category is noc. 0, A or B, the salary level meets the industry median standards in the region, if the applicant is working for the employer for the position, the salary in the job offer must be equal to or higher than the current salary level, and the position offered is urgently needed by the employer;
Engaged in the same NOC occupation as the job offer for a cumulative period of 2 years in the 5 years prior to the submission of the application;
If the occupation is a regulated occupation, the relevant compulsory certification is required;
Willingness to reside in Ontario;
If you currently reside in Canada and need to hold a legal status (such as a study permit, work permit, access permit, etc.), there is no requirement for you to currently reside outside of Canada;

OINP Employer Sponsored International Student Category
Holding a long-term full-time job offer from an Ontario employer, an occupation category that falls within NOC 0, A or B, a salary level that meets or exceeds the minimum industry standard for the occupation in a specific area of Ontario, and a position offered that is urgently needed by the employer;
Submit the Ontario EOI and receive an invitation to apply;
Obtain a degree or diploma through at least 2 years of study at a qualified Canadian educational institution or, subject to the completion of a degree, at a qualified Canadian educational institution for at least 1 year of study;
Have completed at least half of your full-time studies during your legal residence and study in Canada;
Applications must be submitted within 2 years from the date of completion of all degree, diploma or certificate requirements;
Have a willingness to settle in Ontario;
If you currently reside in Canada and have a legal status (such as a study permit, work permit, access permit, etc.), there is no requirement for you to currently reside outside of Canada.
OINP Employer Sponsorship of The Shortage Skill Category
Holding a long-term full-time job offer from an Ontario employer in a qualifying occupation in nursing, agriculture or construction, the position offered must be required for the employer’s business, the salary level meets the industry median standards in the region, if the applicant is working for the employer for that position, the salary in the job offer must be equal to or higher than the current salary level, and the position offered must be urgently needed by the employer;
The occupation offered by the job offer must belong to one of the occupations in the NOC C or D category:
At least 9 months of cumulative Ontario work experience in the 3 years prior to submission of the application, which must be paid, full-time or equivalent part-time qualified occupational work experience;
If the occupation requires certification or license, a valid certification or license must be held at the time the application is submitted;
At least 9 months of cumulative Ontario work experience in the 3 years prior to submission of the application, which must be paid, full-time or equivalent part-time qualified occupational work experience; If the occupation requires certification or license, a valid certification or license must be held at the time the application is submitted;
Education and Language :
English or French proficiency at CLB 4 or above;
High school degree or above, overseas education needs to pass ECA academic certification;
Willingness to reside in Ontario;

OINP PhD Graduate Category

Completion of at least two years of study at a qualified educational institution in Ontario and a doctorate;
The application must be submitted within 2 years of obtaining the doctorate;
Proof of having resided in Ontario for at least 1 year in the 2 years prior to the submission of the application;
Meet the financial requirements for settling in Ontario;
Applicants must be legally residing in or outside of Canada with a study permit, work permit, access permit, etc., but may not reside in other parts of Canada outside of Ontario
OINP Master’s Degree Graduate Category

Earn a Master’s degree through at least one academic year of full-time study at a qualified Ontario educational institution;
At least 7 proficiency in English or French;
The application must be submitted within 2 years of obtaining the master’s degree;

Meet the financial requirements for settling in Ontario;
Have the intention to settle and work in Ontario;

Application Procedure
OINP EE Skills Priority Category, OINP EE Skilled Worker Category
Create an online account in the IRCC EE system, obtain an EE Profile Number and a Job Seeker Validation Code, choose to immigrate to Ontario or all provinces and territories, and meet the application criteria for one of the federal skilled immigrants or Canadian experience immigrants;
OINP screens eligible applicants in the EE candidate pool, and selected applicants will receive an invitation of intent from Ontario in the IRCC online account;
Submit a provincial nomination application to Ontario through OINP e-Filing Protal within 45 days after receiving an Invitation of Intent (NOI) from Ontario, paying a $1500 application fee, and the application will be evaluated by OINP;
Once ontario approves the application, the applicant will receive an Ontario nomination letter, the applicant will be required to accept the nomination in the EE system within 30 days, and the CRS will receive 600 points plus;
Receive an invitation to apply for a visa from irccellation and submit an application for a permanent residence visa to IRCC within 90 days.
