Spanish home buyer immigration

Program Introduction​

On September 27, 2013, Spain promulgated the Spanish Venture Capital Immigration Act, which clearly stipulates in the form of law that investors only need to invest 500,000 euros or more in Spain, and the main applicant is over 18 years old and has no criminal record, that is, he can immigrate to Spain for three generations.

Application Prerequisite​

  • Purchase of a property for more than €500,000 in Spain

Application Procedure

[9 – 12個月] 1) Pass the assessment and formally sign the contract. Preparation of application documents for first-entry Schengen visas and investment visas 2) Submit the embassy examination documents and receive a one-time visitor visa. Expedition to Spain 3) Sign a house purchase agreement, bank account opening, payment, transfer, prepare immigration materials and submit them to the consulate for review 4) A 1-year residence visa is approved within about 2 weeks, and an application for a 2-year residence permit is submitted within the validity period of the visa, and an application for a 5-year residence permit is submitted in the third year 5) Apply for an investment permanent residence permit after 5 years (subject to meeting the living conditions), and apply for naturalization after 10 consecutive years of legal residence
